We use your information to: provide clinician-led health assessments and personalised care plans; manage your membership and appointments; communicate with you about your care; comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Australian health law; and improve our services (in de-identified, aggregated form only).

We do not use your health information for marketing purposes. We do not sell your data to any third party.

We may disclose your information to: your treating AHPRA-registered practitioner; compounding pharmacies, with your consent; pathology providers to process referrals; IT and telehealth platform providers under confidentiality obligations; and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Your health records are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Health information is stored on secure, Australian-hosted servers. Records are retained in accordance with applicable health records legislation.
