The Process

How It Works

A clear, clinician-led journey from your first health assessment to ongoing, personalised optimisation.

1

Health Assessment

Online — ~30 min

Your journey begins with a structured, comprehensive health intake completed online at your own pace. This covers your health history, current concerns, lifestyle factors, medications, and your personal goals.

No GP referral is required to start your assessment.

2

Pathology Testing

At a collection centre near you

Your practitioner issues a pathology referral for a baseline panel appropriate to your goals. Results are reviewed by your clinician before your consultation — not by an algorithm, by a person.

You may be able to use recent existing results at your clinician's discretion.

3

Telehealth Consultation

45–60 minutes via video

Meet your AHPRA-registered practitioner via TGA-compliant telehealth. Your clinician reviews your intake and pathology in full, discusses your goals, and conducts a thorough assessment.

All practitioners hold current AHPRA registration — verify at ahpra.gov.au.

4

Personalised Care Plan

Clinician-designed, individual to you

Where clinically appropriate, your practitioner designs a personalised care plan. This may include lifestyle guidance, monitoring targets, and — at the practitioner's sole discretion — a clinical referral. Treatment is never guaranteed and is always the clinician's decision.

This is not a prescription service. Any recommendation is made only where clinically appropriate.

5

Ongoing Review

Regular follow-ups and pathology

Your care plan is a living document. Scheduled follow-up consultations, repeat pathology, and plan adjustments keep your program aligned with how your health is responding. Long-term, evidence-based partnership — not a one-off service.

Review frequency depends on your membership tier.
