Three ways to begin — choose the lane that fits where you are. After your first consultation, everyone follows the same ongoing process.
For Practitioners
I'm a doctor or nurse practitioner referring a patient.
- 1Sign in to the practitioner portal.
- 2Verify with your AHPRA provider number.
- 3Upload your patient's blood work, details and referral.
- 4You'll be copied in on all correspondence.
- 5Patient will be contacted and booked in for an initial consultation with our Physician-Enabled Patient Therapies doctor, within 1–2 days.
I've Seen My GP
I've had a consultation with my GP and have recent blood work to share.
- 1Complete our short online assessment.
- 2Upload your recent blood work.*
- 3Add your GP's contact details, so they can stay informed.
- 4Book your initial consultation to review your results and care plan. A prescription will be issued if indicated for your care.
- 5Fill prescription via a recommended Sterile Compounding Pharmacy.

I haven't seen a GP and want to get started.
- 1Complete our short online assessment.
- 2Book and attend your initial consultation.
- 3We send you your personalised care plan and pathology request to complete.
- 4Follow up with your Physician-Enabled Patient Therapies GP to review your results and care plan. A prescription will be issued if indicated for your care.
- 5Fill prescription via a recommended Australian Sterile Compounding Pharmacy.
The Ongoing Service Is the Same for Everyone
Follow-up consultations are $190. If it's been more than 10 months since your last consultation, a re-engagement fee of $235 applies.
Get your script
If suitable, your GP issues an e-script after your consultation.
Fill script
Order from any ISO-certified compounding pharmacy. We can suggest a few we trust.
Start your protocol
Run your 3–6 month course as prescribed.
Repeat your blood work
Before your follow-up, complete your next pathology request.
Follow-up consultation
Review your results, renew your script, and continue the cycle. Follow-up consultations are $190.
Important Disclosures
- No Medicare rebate is available for this service.
- A consultation does not guarantee you will be provided a script. All treatment decisions are made solely by the treating AHPRA-registered practitioner.
- *Recent blood work should be within 4 weeks of the appointment.
- If it's been more than 10 months since your last consultation, a re-engagement fee of $235 applies in place of the standard follow-up ($190).
- Medications, if prescribed, are billed separately at pharmacy retail price with no markup from Physician-Enabled Patient Therapies.
